The eSolutions suite

The eSolutions suite is a broad range of applications designed to work with your Visa programmes, your eProcurement / P2P systems and your accountancy system in order to provide better control and clarity while helping to drive down costs and increase efficiency.

Developed by PCCL, eSolutions applications have enabled many organisations to improve and expand their Visa programmes while at the same time achieve substantial P2P process cost savings.

eSolutions customers can select the functionality that best fits their needs. This functionality includes transaction management systems with automated cost allocation, accounts integration, and expenditure reporting. In addition, eSolutions can also be used to match purchase orders to related supplier invoices and activate payment to the suppliers for correctly matched invoices using an embedded Visa purchasing card, providing complete control over all transactions.

eSolutions MI

The eSolutions M.I. (formerly eSolutions Card) application is a web based transactional management tool that allows Visa users to view their transactions on line. The application allows transactions to be automatically cost allocated to cost centres and general ledger codes.

Transactions can also be split across many cost centres and general ledger codes.

Users can create a transaction work flow, where each transaction is reviewed by the card holder and then approved by their budget holder.

The eSolutions M.I. transaction page has fields to allow users to add further details, such as PO numbers, Advice Notes numbers and line item details for level 1 and level 2 transactions.

eSolutions M.I. also has extensive reporting functionality including the ability to customise reports and schedule reports to single or multiple recipients.

As part of the implementation process, PCCL bespoke a specific output file that customers can use to import transactional data into their accounting systems to automate cost allocation and save valuable resource in manually keying in this data.

eSolutions Bureau

The eSolutions Bureau service allows suppliers to outsource their card processing requirements.

Using the latest technologies available, the eSolutions PCI DSS compliant Bureau system provides the supplier with a secure interface to upload their invoice data in any format and this data is then converted into a level 3 (line item detail) format and transmitted to the bank for settlement providing the supplier with a simple and effective means to meet their customer demands to accept Visa payment and provide level 3 data.

The eSolutions Bureau service saves supplier substantial investment in time and resource in setting up their own PCI DSS compliant card processing system.

eSolutions Match and Pay

The eSolutions Match and Pay service allows customers to combine both the eSolutions M.I. and eSolutions Bureau applications with our powerful matching technologies. Customers have an interface to enable them to upload their PO data, while their selected suppliers have a similar interface to upload their relevant invoice data.

The two datasets are then matched against an agreed criteria (that can include tolerances on selected fields) and correctly matched invoices are then paid through the eSolutions Bureau system and the transaction data provided to the customer through the eSolutions M.I. system.

The eSolutions Match and Pay service dramatically reduces the cost of processing supplier invoices, while ensuring suppliers are being paid promptly, typically in 2 – 4 days.

The eSolutions Suite is provided to Visa customers under a Framework Agreement. The eSolutions Suite is fully PCI DSS Compliant and PCCL are certified as a Level One PCI DSS Service Prover, the highest possible level of compliance.
